Blue Sakura|All You Can Eat Review|Leeds

When I was very kindly asked to come along to try an all you can eat style buffet at Blue Sakura Leeds I was to be honest a little dubious… Why? I just don’t like Sushi. Or so I thought!

Let’s start by saying, Blue Sakura is different. Different in a good way! It’s an all-you-can-eat buffet serving Japanese sushi and options from an asian style grill but the difference is you order everything from an ipad! Apparently this is very popular in Japan but completely new to Leeds! (and me).

Rudding Park Luxury Hotel & Spa|Travel|Harrogate

Ok so let me start of by saying I have been lucky enough to visit a number of spas in the last few years. However, i’ve never experienced anywhere quite like this…

Rudding Park Spa soars high above all expectations, so much so that even the 5 star reviews I was reading through before I arrived (I have a habit of doing that) didn’t actually do it justice. National Railway Museum|Wang Fuchun – The Invisible Photographer Exhibition|York

National Railway Museum - Wang Fuchun - York - Tom Sheard

Early last week I was invited to something pretty special. This wasn’t the usual kind of event that I am usually asked to attend so I jumped at the chance. Wang Fuchun - York National Railyway Museum.
Wang Fuchun – York National Railway Museum.

This reason this event was hosted here was because there was a true enigma in town. A man who is a masterpiece within his own field. A brave man who has travelled on trains in China as “The Secret Photographer” for over 40 years. Wang Fuchun had arrived in the UK for the second time to open the Railway Museum’s newest exhibition – One Billion Journeys…

Polo Ralph Lauren|New Opening|Leeds

We are all familiar with that world famous horseback mounted polo silhouette, the one that sits elegantly on the breast of a perfectly sculptured item of clothing. It’s instantly recognisable, exudes style and cements the reality of a good-quality garment. Of course I am talking about Polo Ralph Lauren (PRL).

Just recently Polo Ralph Lauren has opened a new store in the heart of our vibrant and fast paced city of Leeds. The store is nestled delicately between other high fashion designer brands such as Mulberry & Louis Vuitton that line the arcades of The Victoria Quarter. Myself and Stanleydru were lucky enough to be invited to come and check this place out and experience a real Polo Ralph Lauren fitting.
