We all know the past couple of years have been a little tricky (to say the least) jetting off abroad on a holiday. So, this time around we decided to stay a little closer to home and spend 8 days on a road trip around beautiful Scotland and it turned out to be one of the best holidays we’ve ever been on.Continue reading “Scotland Road Trip – The best thing I ever did. | 10 minute read”

Alright, alright, alright, I admit it… I am no longer as young as I once was. Admitting that means i’m over the first hurdle. Come to think of it though actually growing old shouldn’t be considered a bad thing, but everybody likes to look younger right?
Skincare is important, especially in men. Nowadays guy’s are (finally) so open with their skincare regimes and you know what, they should be! It’s normal and whilst we’re all growing older there is some incredible products on the market to help us slow down the process. Whilst I know this is directed to an audience of men, of course anybody can try these wonderful products.
I’ve put a list together of my favourite skin care products (in no particular order) to make it easier for you to make an informed choice when it comes to your skincare. You should know however, that every single one of these are cruelty free. It’s 2020, we don’t need to and shouldn’t be using any animal for testing skincare products. Anyway, I digress…Continue reading “Top Mens Skin Care Products – Cruelty Free – 5 Min Read Review”
It’s official… it’s slipper season! and this year I’m talking about TOMS and their Berkeley Slippers to be precise.
Before I go into the nitty gritty about these slippers, I thought it was worth noting firstly the impact that purchasing TOMS has… don’t worry it’s ALL GOOD!Continue reading “TOMS – Slippers | Fashion/Gift Idea”
It’s been quite a few weeks now since my Made by Zen products arrived and well, let’s just say, a lot in my life has changed since then too. Some of them major, some of them minor. But, just before lockdown I decided to myself that I needed a bit more ‘me time’, I needed to stress less about the small stuff and just remember to take a moment. Turns out I really did need my zen and I for sure have found it.Continue reading “Finding my Zen with Made By Zen | Review”

With the ease of lockdown meaning we can spend a little more time outside… and the bars, pubs and restaurants are slowly getting back to the new normal… now is a better time than ever to wear those summer outfits you thought you were taking on holiday. Maybe you’ve got a wardrobe full of guilty online orders you made throughout the 3 month of lockdown madness. March 30th, the day the UK went into Lockdown. No work, no shopping, no seeing family or friends. We were in the peak of a global pandemic and we’re still in it…
For some people this was a nightmare, for others it gave them an open window (not literally of course) to a world of creativity they always had but lost. Over the years I found that I had fallen in to the dark whole that is… well, the same as everybody else. My photography and content became lack lustre, I lost the personality I once had in photos and to be honest, I just stopped enjoying it. I became the same as the 100 million other content creators or “influencers” on social media, I blended in to the background and I hated that.Continue reading “Exploring Creative Photography In Lockdown & Admitting I Lost Myself”

Teeth, the smallest things on your face that have the biggest impact. Personally teeth and eyes are the first things I notice on people and I think they do a lot for first impressions, just one of the many reasons they should be taken care of. Teeth are so important and a beautiful smile can help you in a range of different situations.
I often like to use teeth whitening kits but until recently I haven’t actually been able to find one that I’m particularly fond of and to be honest with you actually works. Then I came across Smileo.Continue reading “Teeth Whitening With Smileo | Review”
Still in 2020 not all men feel comfortable to talk about grooming regimes and even worse they don’t know what products are available to them or how to use them. I spent years selling mens grooming products and one particular question kept cropping up… “How exactly do you use beard oil?”
I understand not all men are as confident as others when it comes to buying new grooming products, more often than not its due to a misunderstanding and overcomplicated directions for use, so here is my simple step-by-step guide to help you understand how to apply beard oil.Continue reading “How to Apply Beard Oil – For Beginners”
Ok, we’re all at home right now trying to think of things to do to keep ourselves occupied and fill a day’s schedule. If you’re anything like me you’ll probably have been doing that in pyjamas, gym clothes or loungewear. We might not be able to wear new clothes anywhere nice (for now) but we can at least try to look good sometimes at home too. I have a an obsession… and that obsession is with plants. The word ‘obsession’ has a negative connotation, I can assure you this is a healthy obsession and one I’d like to share with you.
What started with just a single plant purchased from Ikea over time, with some love and care grew into a jungle. House plant’s have become like everything else, a bit of a trend and because of their growing popularity you can now buy an abundance of different plants from all over the world right in your local shop.
They’re nice to look at and great for the mind if you look after them right. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve killed loads over the years by over watering, under watering or leaving them out to burn in the sun, but once you get the basics right, trust me, its easy to look after them.
House plants (as cheesy as it sounds) turns your house into a home and I want to show you 5 of the most stunning (trendiest) and easiest plants to grow in your home (and where to buy them).Continue reading “5 Stunning and easy to care for houseplants and where to get them.”
Remember that little thing called time? Well, my guess is you might have a bit more of it right now, so much so that you might not even know what to do with it. There might have been a number of things you’ve been putting off for a while, you know one of those “I’ll do it later” moments. Well, here is a short list of ways to be productive and even learn something new. A little self-improvement can go a long way.Continue reading “10 ways to be productive or learn something new now that you have the time…”

So… everything’s a little up in the air at the moment. We have already seen bars, restaurants and gyms close and you may have been asked to work from home. To some this might be seen as a dream come true, to others this could mean a slippery slide into an un-productive and lazy lifestyle. But it doesn’t have to be this way.Continue reading “Top 7 ways to maintain a normal routine whilst working from home”
I’ll be honest it probably wasn’t the best choice of restaurant for somebody who recently committed to vegetarianism (and a previous lover of all things meat) but, that been said… they catered to my new meat-free adventure and pleasently surprised me!Continue reading “CHOPHAUS REVIEW| LEEDS”
This was my second time visiting Santorini and it blew me away just as much as the first time.

My first every cruise, documented in my first ever feature length travel video. Starting in Malta – Valetta and traveling to Crete, Athens ,Santorini, Rhodes and finally retuning back to Valetta.

How else can I put this? – Burton Menswear have created possibly one of the most stunning ranges, the 1904 Collection. This collection is made up of classic styled three-piece suits, Sharp blazers, prints, chinos and T-shirts. They are an invention of modern favourites but with eye catching attention to detail which is sure to turn heads this season. The quality is incredible and the fit superb. In my opinion the style and classic look to some of the pieces rival a collection from Reiss, but without the hefty price tag.
Don’t believe me? – Then just look at this absolutely drop dead blumming amazing three-piece Suit that I was kindly given.Continue reading “Suit Up With Burton Menswear | 1904 Collection | OOTD”

It doesn’t matter the season when you’re wearing stripes. Whatever the weather, wherever your location Burton Menswear will have you covered.
I was never the biggest fan of a striped or patterned shirt a year ago… I always thought they were a bit too much, too busy, to much colour, but you know what… that was last year! Now i’m obsessed and have a wardrobe that resembles a painter’s palette.Continue reading “Seasonal Stripes With Burton Menswear|OOTD”
