It’s been quite a few weeks now since my Made by Zen products arrived and well, let’s just say, a lot in my life has changed since then too. Some of them major, some of them minor. But, just before lockdown I decided to myself that I needed a bit more ‘me time’, I needed to stress less about the small stuff and just remember to take a moment. Turns out I really did need my zen and I for sure have found it.Continue reading “Finding my Zen with Made By Zen | Review”

March 30th, the day the UK went into Lockdown. No work, no shopping, no seeing family or friends. We were in the peak of a global pandemic and we’re still in it…
For some people this was a nightmare, for others it gave them an open window (not literally of course) to a world of creativity they always had but lost. Over the years I found that I had fallen in to the dark whole that is… well, the same as everybody else. My photography and content became lack lustre, I lost the personality I once had in photos and to be honest, I just stopped enjoying it. I became the same as the 100 million other content creators or “influencers” on social media, I blended in to the background and I hated that.Continue reading “Exploring Creative Photography In Lockdown & Admitting I Lost Myself”

Teeth, the smallest things on your face that have the biggest impact. Personally teeth and eyes are the first things I notice on people and I think they do a lot for first impressions, just one of the many reasons they should be taken care of. Teeth are so important and a beautiful smile can help you in a range of different situations.
I often like to use teeth whitening kits but until recently I haven’t actually been able to find one that I’m particularly fond of and to be honest with you actually works. Then I came across Smileo.Continue reading “Teeth Whitening With Smileo | Review”
Still in 2020 not all men feel comfortable to talk about grooming regimes and even worse they don’t know what products are available to them or how to use them. I spent years selling mens grooming products and one particular question kept cropping up… “How exactly do you use beard oil?”
I understand not all men are as confident as others when it comes to buying new grooming products, more often than not its due to a misunderstanding and overcomplicated directions for use, so here is my simple step-by-step guide to help you understand how to apply beard oil.Continue reading “How to Apply Beard Oil – For Beginners”

I have a an obsession… and that obsession is with plants. The word ‘obsession’ has a negative connotation, I can assure you this is a healthy obsession and one I’d like to share with you.
What started with just a single plant purchased from Ikea over time, with some love and care grew into a jungle. House plant’s have become like everything else, a bit of a trend and because of their growing popularity you can now buy an abundance of different plants from all over the world right in your local shop.
They’re nice to look at and great for the mind if you look after them right. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve killed loads over the years by over watering, under watering or leaving them out to burn in the sun, but once you get the basics right, trust me, its easy to look after them.
House plants (as cheesy as it sounds) turns your house into a home and I want to show you 5 of the most stunning (trendiest) and easiest plants to grow in your home (and where to buy them).Continue reading “5 Stunning and easy to care for houseplants and where to get them.”
